Perfect for three couples (queen beds in each bedroom and sofa sleeper in living room). We have another twin bed or a queen you can set up if you have some singles. Really don't want more than 3 couples or 5 individuals with just the 1 bathroom. There is a concrete pad in front for the motorcycles and a large yard in back for your truck and trailer, if you have one. Asking $400/night with 5 night minimum, tell me your dates and I will see if they are still available. It is pretty wide open right now.
